How it's grown

Prairie Leaf uses indoor hydroponic systems to grow greens year-round. This allows precise control over water, nutrients, and cleanliness, with no soil and minimal waste

Butterleaf Lettuce

Soft, tender leaves with a clean, mild flavour. A versatile staple for salads and sandwiches.

Dragon's Fire Arugula

Bold, peppery arugula with deep colour and strong flavour. Best for salads, pizzas, and finishing dishes.

Bok Choy

Crisp stems and tender greens. Excellent for stir-fries, soups, and quick sautés.

Methi (fenugreek greens)

Aromatic, slightly bitter greens commonly used in Indian cooking. Grown fresh in small batches.
